How AI-assisted tools support VoyagePro

VoyagePro may use AI-assisted tools to organize, summarize, classify, compare, or present cruise-planning information. Examples include search and filtering support, port or ship summaries, packing guidance, ranking, matching, recommendations, and editorial workflows. These tools support the product and its editors; they do not replace a traveler's judgment or an official provider's instructions.

AI-assisted output can contain errors, omissions, or information that has become outdated as cruise lines change schedules, ships, ports, and travel requirements. Content is reviewed where practical, but not every line of a large travel database can be individually verified at all times.

How licensed data is handled

Licensed third-party travel data is used within VoyagePro under the applicable provider terms. VoyagePro does not use that data to train or fine-tune foundation models, create a competing dataset, resell raw provider data, redistribute it outside the service, or power third-party AI products.

CruiseMatch may use AI to select profile questions from VoyagePro-owned labels and preferences, while database queries and rule-based scoring match the resulting profile to cruise inventory. Raw supplier inventory, prices, availability, and itinerary records are not sent to external AI models for those recommendations.

What travelers must verify

Before booking or traveling, confirm prices, availability, entry rules, health requirements, accessibility, cancellation terms, insurance coverage, port schedules, and embarkation instructions with official sources. Do not submit passport numbers, health details, financial information, or other sensitive data through general contact fields. Report a suspected error with the page address and enough detail for VoyagePro to investigate.
